What You Can Expect

  • Represent the company's products, utilizing in-depth knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement territory action plans using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and solutions.
  • Track all sales activities in the company's CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

Your Background

We are seeking candidates with a degree in Engineering, Sales, or Marketing, or related experience in a medical, scientific field, or technical career. Previous experience in the Medical Devices Industry, ideally dealing with implants, and strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Commercial Role in the Medical Devices Sector is also necessary. Solid experience working in the operating room is a plus.
