Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer care, and business skills
