Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Hospitality Software Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our hotel clients, ensuring their seamless integration with our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with hoteliers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve technical issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Task Force Team to achieve common goals.
- Verify and follow up on resolution items on OTA's extranet.
- Onboard new customers on our channel manager connections.
- Assist the Accounting Manager in tasks related to customer retention and portfolio maintenance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front office operations in OTA and/or Tour Operator is required.
- Fluency in Italian and at least two other languages (English, Spanish, or French) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office package and Gmail (Gdocs, Gcalendar, Gsites) is essential.
- Self-motivation and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with a lunch break. The salary is 1100 Euro per month, plus stable hiring prospects.
