Job Summary

As the Customer Service Manager at Werfen, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a leadership position that requires a strong service mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service and support to customers

Requirements
