As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining regional sales channels in Europe, ensuring the growth and success of our charging infrastructure business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing distributors and establish new partnerships to drive sales growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Work closely with regional managers and distributors to develop and implement effective marketing plans and sales strategies.
- Monitor the automotive aftermarket and provide timely insights and feedback to the team lead.
**Requirements**
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the charging pile industry, with a proven track record of distribution management and business development.
- Strong network of connections with stakeholders in the e-mobility industry, including utilities, OEMs, fleet operators, property management, and retailers.
- Technical education background and in-depth knowledge of charger products.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with bilingual or trilingual skills highly preferred.
- Strategic thinking, market planning, consumer insights, and business presentation skills.
- Extroverted, energetic, driven, result-oriented, resilient, down-to-earth, and dedicated with good cultural adaptability.
