**Job Summary**

Autel Europe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electric Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining regional sales channels in Europe, ensuring the growth and success of our charging infrastructure business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing distributors and establish new partnerships to drive sales growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Work closely with regional managers and distributors to develop and implement effective marketing plans and sales strategies.
  • Monitor the automotive aftermarket and provide timely insights and feedback to the team lead.

**Requirements**

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the charging pile industry, with a proven track record of distribution management and business development.
  • Strong network of connections with stakeholders in the e-mobility industry, including utilities, OEMs, fleet operators, property management, and retailers.
  • Technical education background and in-depth knowledge of charger products.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with bilingual or trilingual skills highly preferred.
  • Strategic thinking, market planning, consumer insights, and business presentation skills.
  • Extroverted, energetic, driven, result-oriented, resilient, down-to-earth, and dedicated with good cultural adaptability.
