As an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and control costs to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing the restaurant's budget, monitoring sales, and controlling expenses to achieve financial targets.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with the restaurant team, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to the restaurant team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:
