Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Administrator to join our team at CAE. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for all training initiatives within your designated area, as well as facilitating communication between clients and instructors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare training documentation as needed, including compiling trainee files with all necessary forms relevant to specified courses.
- Ensure timely creation of course materials, including company-specific documents/forms if applicable.
- Manage course prerequisites for all clients.
- Maintain accurate client records in accordance with ATO OPS manual requirements.
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all training guidelines outlined in the ATO OPS Manual and ATO process Manual.
- Oversee instructors, ensuring their files are up-to-date with all necessary documents required for exercising their instructor/examiner privileges.
- Maintain instructor records in Gemini/STARS (or applicable system).
- Review and verify training records for completeness by instructors/examiners.
- Issue training completion certificates as required for specified courses, adhering to any special instructions or procedures outlined for each client.
- Retain copies of all trainee documents, training records, and certificates for the mandated duration per regulation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Familiarity with Aeronautical Knowledge requirements.
- Understanding of ATO business processes and planning procedures.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to large audiences.
- Emphasis on quality with a continual commitment to process improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer orientation even in challenging circumstances.
