Role Overview:

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is accountable for overseeing Inventory, Replenishment, and Production planning for a diverse range of Finished Goods products.

This position operates on a regional scale, encompassing various European nations and focusing on two primary responsibilities:

(1) As an Inventory & Replenishment Planner, the Analyst is tasked with establishing, managing, and evaluating stock levels across our distribution centers to ensure inventory aligns with targeted service levels and capital investment.

(2) In the capacity of a Site Master Planner, the Analyst aligns production needs with available resources at manufacturing sites, including line capacity, materials, and operational guidelines, to formulate a feasible production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a product portfolio with significant market influence (volume, profit), navigating uncertainties and devising solutions to optimize customer outcomes. Establish, maintain, and assess stock levels within our European distribution network, ensuring inventory aligns with service level targets and working capital requirements. Develop the master production schedule for the assigned portfolio, reconciling production demands with available resources, including factory capabilities and materials. Engage in monthly S&OP Supply Reviews, evaluating long-term capacity and proposing solutions to manage trade-offs. Participate in weekly S&OE processes, collaborating with local Supply Chain teams to enhance service delivery to customers. Utilize software tools (ERP, APS, Analytics) to ensure accurate and timely information flow throughout the supply chain. Maintain SAP material master data, defining parameters that support production and distribution strategies. Assist in Product Change Management initiatives (e.g., new product launches, restages) to achieve project milestones while minimizing waste. Conduct long-range supply assessments and supply chain modeling for special projects (e.g., make or buy decisions).

Qualifications:

Proven experience in supply chain management with a minimum of 3 years in Planning. Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in engineering or supply chain disciplines. Experience in project management or coordination is advantageous. Familiarity with Supply Chain planning software and tools, particularly SAP (PP, MM), APO, and Tableau. Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis features (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages, especially Italian, is a plus. Understanding of the FMCG sector. APICS/Lean certifications are preferred.

Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure. Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
