We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Splendido, a luxury hotel part of the LVMH Group. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, collaborating with our team of professionals to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation
  • Assist in the preparation of dishes according to recipes and suggestions from the Chef
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our high quality standards

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of previous professional experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury environment
  • Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment, and raw materials processing techniques
  • Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
  • Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and collaboration skills
