Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account plans that align with the company's strategic objectives and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Translate the company's brand strategy into actionable business initiatives that drive growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and manage administrative, logistical, and financial issues encountered by customers in close consultation with the sales team.
  • Develop and implement profitable pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with category management to develop and implement key levers that drive business growth.
  • Work closely with field sales to develop and implement effective market approaches that drive business growth.
  • Analyze and translate market data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the FMCG industry.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field, preferably in economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of the Italian trade structure and Italian retail market.
  • Understanding of sales process dynamics and interrelations between head office, regions, and agencies.
  • Good knowledge of IRI/GFK execution.
  • Affinity with numbers and data analysis.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian, with good understanding of English (written and spoken).
