About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Lotus Bakeries in Milan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong commercial relationships with our customers in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business plan to achieve profitable sales growth in your region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and manage administrative, logistical, and financial issues encountered by customers
  • Develop and implement a profitable pricing, packaging, and promotional strategy
  • Work closely with our Category Management team to develop and implement key business levers
  • Build and maintain an effective network within the FMCG market
  • Analyze and translate market data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales process dynamics and execution
  • Good knowledge of IRI/GFK execution
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian, with good understanding of English
