Our philosophy promotes an 'informatics revolution' within the hospitality sector, ensuring that our clients experience a smooth transition without requiring significant economic or cultural shifts.

Role Overview

We welcome multilingual candidates: Fluent in Italian, plus two additional languages such as Spanish, English, or French.


• Engage with hoteliers via phone and email, acting as their primary problem solver.


• Manage follow-ups on registrations and address any complaints.


• Enhance relationships with hotel partners.


• Provide support to the Customer Service Task Force Team as needed.


• Verify OTA extranets and follow up on resolution items.


• Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers connecting to the channel manager.


• Assist the Accounting Manager Task Force Team to boost customer retention and maintain the portfolio.

Required Qualifications


• Previous experience in front office roles within OTAs or Tour Operators is essential.


• Multilingual candidates are encouraged: Fluent in Italian plus two of English, Spanish, or French.


• Proficient in computer applications: comfortable with the MS Office suite and Gmail (including Google Docs, Calendar, and Sites).


• Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively are crucial.

Additional Information

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 8 hours with a lunch break.
The position offers a competitive salary of 1100 Euro/month along with promising career development opportunities.
