Job Title: Site Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Pisa

As the Human Resources Partner (HRP) for the assigned manufacturing facility, you will provide essential support and advice to both functional managers and employees as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, manage, and execute a tailored HR strategy that aligns with business goals and local regulations.
  • Work in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Talent Acquisition Coordinators (TAC) to ensure that recruitment processes comply with HR standards.
  • Oversee local performance assessments and salary reviews in line with company policies.
  • Lead local training initiatives in alignment with the HR strategy and site-specific Talent Development Programs.
  • Provide management with insights based on issue analysis and assist managers in identifying optimal solutions for employees.
  • Ensure data accuracy within Workday, the HR management system.
  • Track and improve monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Address internal audit requirements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on-site for effective management of temporary workers.
    • Intervene in employee relations issues as needed.
  • Engage with the Personnel Administration Group (PAG) in matters involving legal issues or the need for legal counsel regarding labor law and employee relations.
  • Partner with Employee Experience/Engagement Partners to implement the Local Employee Experience Strategy (EES) action plan.
  • Manage and support workforce planning initiatives.
    • Collaborate with People Solutions to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, or a related field; a Master's in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of practical HR experience in a dynamic international environment, particularly in Manufacturing Operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding and application of labor laws at the national contract level.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicts effectively.
  • Display of empathy and high emotional intelligence in professional interactions.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving techniques to tackle complex HR challenges.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities to streamline HR processes.
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software, with experience in Workday being an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite for business operations.
