Job Summary

Canonical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our regional HR team, delivering precise and compliant HR operations, and partnering with senior leadership to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Scale Regional HR Team
    • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
    • Manage and develop a team of HR professionals to provide HR services to employees and managers
    • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization
  • Deliver Precise and Compliant HR Operations
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in the EMEA region
    • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to support business operations
    • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers
  • Partner with Senior Leadership
    • Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders to understand business needs and objectives
    • Provide HR insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
