Posizione: Key Account Manager per la Lombardia

Responsabilità principali:
Gestire il portafoglio clienti assegnato, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita in linea con la strategia commerciale; Negoziare accordi commerciali di secondo livello e garantire la loro applicazione nel territorio di competenza; Condurre trattative per i clienti assegnati riguardo assortimento e piani promozionali, assicurando il rispetto dei budget nazionali e locali; Supportare il processo di Customer Plan per tutti i gruppi commerciali delle insegne gestite; Collaborare attivamente con i team di Sell-in e Sell-out per ottimizzare le performance complessive.
Requisiti richiesti:
Laurea in Economia o discipline correlate; Esperienza pregressa in ambito vendite di 2-5 anni, con almeno 1 anno nella gestione diretta di clienti del canale DMO; Conoscenza avanzata degli strumenti informatici, ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office e dei principali software gestionali; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza del francese sarà considerata un vantaggio; Forte orientamento al cliente e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi; Proattività e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra; Capacità analitiche e di problem solving dimostrate.
