Job Summary

Arcese is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our FTL business in the German market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Arcese effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our logistics solutions
  • Achieve business objectives by defining action plans based on analysis of performance data
  • Scout new business opportunities and develop existing ones
  • Diversify our business and customer portfolio

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, Value Selling)
  • Master of CRM (Dynamics is a plus)
  • Net New attitude
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Knowledge of the German market
  • Experience in logistics is a plus but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Vertical/Industries (e.g., tissue/paper, steel, packaging, FMCG, White goods, building material, raw material) is a plus but not mandatory
