About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at Brambles Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the country's strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of National Account Managers responsible for developing and executing the country's strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers with a revenue stream in the country of over 60M€.
  • Responsible for executing CHEP's business strategy and well as developing and implementing specific account plans in the region.
  • Execute the growth strategy for CHEP Italy by leading strategic initiatives and directing sales efforts to achieve sustainable business growth across our emerging segment of customers.
  • This includes expanding business with existing customers increasing market share and strengthening CHEP's position within the pooling industry.
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 5+ years' experience in a customer facing, people management roles
  • Relevant FMCG Experience a plus
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Experience in Supply Chain Mapping
  • Excellent commercial negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong networking, relationship building and inter-personal skills
  • Energetic leader, team leader and player, strategic thinker
  • Proficiency in English
