Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Operations Manager to join our team at Oliver James Associates Ltd. as an IT Service Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational aspects of IT services, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Service Management: Develop and implement IT service management processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner to minimize business impact.
  • Problem Management: Identify and resolve the root cause of IT problems to prevent recurrence.
  • Service Level Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) that meet business requirements.
  • Change Management: Plan, implement, and control changes to IT systems to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Release Management: Manage the release of new IT services and changes to existing services to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate periodic reports on IT service performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT service management.
  • Proven experience in ITIL Foundation, ITIL OSA, and ITIL CSI certifications.
  • Knowledge of SQL language and inquiry.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English (minimum requirement B2, C1 preferred).
  • Master or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
