The Team
Reporting to the District Manager, the Assistant Manager of Customer Engagement & Sales is responsible for ensuring optimal store performance and an exceptional client experience by managing and supporting the Sales Team through training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
The Role
Foster a positive sales atmosphere by overseeing all facets of the selling process and cultivating a welcoming environment for customers. Establish daily objectives for customer service to enhance the overall experience, focusing on responsiveness and satisfaction. Train and mentor the team on standards, including customer service, product arrangement, and effective time management. Assist in setting and verifying goals to ensure the team aligns with both quantitative and qualitative targets. Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives, ensuring new team members are effectively integrated into the team and company culture. Provide ongoing feedback to the team, promoting their professional growth and addressing performance issues. Facilitate effective communication by conducting regular briefings and training sessions on products, customer relationship management (CRM), and company updates. Oversee CRM initiatives to meet retention, upgrading, and prospect conversion objectives. Collaborate with other departments to allocate responsibilities efficiently, ensuring smooth operations within the store. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous enhancement, utilizing company reports to analyze trends and identify improvement areas. Offer actionable recommendations based on sales performance analysis.The Ideal Candidate
University Degree in Economics or related fields Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a structured environment Strong business acumen Ability to adopt a comprehensive perspective on situations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Highly detail-oriented and organized in approach Proficient in Italian and German.
