Embrace the opportunity to be part of a transformative logistics experience. We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Contract Administration Specialist to enhance our operations.

Your Role

As a key member of the Operations team, you will oversee the collection and management of all documentation related to inbound and outbound shipments. Your responsibilities will include ensuring meticulous administration of all information, performing data entry, and generating reports using tailored local software and tools.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Operations by verifying and organizing all delivery documentation, including delivery notes and run sheets, in accordance with established local procedures.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing documentation for the department, such as delivery notes, CMR, and export declarations.
  • Collaborate with Operations to develop and update specific local operational procedures to facilitate smooth communication of administrative information.
  • Carry out daily administrative tasks, including processing receipts and managing inbound/outbound documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into local systems by conducting reporting activities.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in large-scale, highly automated fulfillment operations, preferably in eCommerce, fashion, or retail.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments where analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks within logistics or high-volume operational settings, with a strong emphasis on data entry software and reporting.
  • Solid experience working collaboratively in logistics or high-volume production contexts.
