About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team in Italy. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs to our frontline teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both online and in-person, to ensure our teams have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to identify training needs and develop targeted programs to address these needs.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to our teams to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with our retail and office teams to develop and implement training programs that meet our business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with our teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in retail and sales, preferably in a branded retail environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to travel (60-80% of working time), and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Personal Qualities: Results-oriented, pragmatic, and structured team player with a passion for cosmetics and the Rituals brand.
