Role Overview
We welcome multilingual candidates: Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, English, and French is highly valued.
• Engage with hoteliers via phone and email, serving as their primary support contact.
• Manage follow-ups on registrations and address any concerns.
• Foster and enhance commercial relationships with hotel partners.
• Provide assistance to the Customer Service Task Force Team as required.
• Verify OTA extranets and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients connecting to the channel manager.
• Support the Accounting Manager's tasks to bolster customer retention and maintain the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
• Prior experience in front office roles within OTAs or Tour Operators is essential.
• Multilingual candidates are encouraged: Proficiency in Italian, English, and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills are crucial, as the ideal candidate will manage extensive data and various software platforms.
• Proficient in computer applications: Familiarity with the MS Office suite and Gmail (including Gdocs, Gcalendar, Gsites) is necessary.
• A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work collaboratively are required.
• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program is necessary, with a University Agreement in place.
Additional Information
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 8 hours with designated breaks.
Weekend shifts may be required on a rotational basis.
