Build and nurture the most talented Area Manager team to dominate the market in Rome.
THE JOURNEY
- Take full ownership of the business for Top Partners in the Area.
- Lead a team of 4+ skilled individuals towards excellence.
- Define and implement the long-term strategy for the Area focusing on Growth, Promotions, Advertising, and Operations.
- Track and analyze all relevant KPIs to monitor progress towards set targets and identify improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Top Partners in the city.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- A solid background of 5+ years in dynamic environments (startups, investment banking, top consulting firms, or leading tech companies).
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams of 4+ members.
- A data-driven approach, making decisions based on analytics while exercising sound business judgment.
- Strong persuasive skills, able to communicate value effectively to customers, partners, and the platform.
- Good judgment and assertiveness, taking responsibility for mistakes and approaching challenges with optimism.
