Job DescriptionDXC is looking for a Sales Executive BPS who will be accountable for developing an active pipeline and managing varied sales cycle demands of Business Process Services.Job FunctionsDevelop and execute BPS sales strategies to meet revenue targets while accommodating varied sales cycle demands.Lead and mentor a team of deal professionals, providing guidance and support in complex sales situations.Maintain a well‑managed sales pipeline and continuously educate customers about BPS products, pricing, and market differentiators.Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long‑term business relationships.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and strategies.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and mutual support.Innovate within the sales process by introducing process improvements and new technologies.Handle complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closings.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar roleProven track record in sales and sales enablementProficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysisA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther QualificationsAdvanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plusLocationRome, with smart working possibilitySeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingAdditional InformationReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at DXC Technology by 2x.Get notified about new Sales Executive jobs in Rome, Latium, Italy.Recruitment Fraud WarningRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites.
