Overview Job title : Head of global sales - Audio Equipment The position will drive revenue, profitability, and market impact for the Musical Instruments Division. This role combines P&L ownership, strategic leadership, and cross-functional project management. You will work closely with Product Design, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure commercial success. The ideal candidate is passionate about musical instruments, thrives in a data-driven, agile environment, and is comfortable traveling frequently. ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute sales, channel, and go-to-market strategies across B2B, B2C, D2C, and retail channels. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty using AI and data insights to enhance the creator journey. Lead product launches, campaigns, and activations, ensuring global brand consistency. Manage cross-functional projects aligning Product Design, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Customer Success. Implement digital tools, automation, and AI-driven processes for sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Own the P&L for musical instruments, tracking revenue, margins, and growth targets. Foster a data-first, evidence-based culture to support rapid experimentation and agile decision-making.Qualifications & ExperienceProven track record in commercial leadership and revenue growth, ideally in musical instruments, professional audio, or consumer electronics. Strong expertise in sales strategy, channel management, marketing, and cross-functional project leadership. Data-driven and digitally fluent, comfortable leveraging AI and analytics for decision-making. Excellent communicator, collaborator, and influencer across global teams. Languages: Fluent knowledge of English language.Compensation Package according to the profile and the experience of the selected candidate.
