The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for sales organization and customers related to Motion Business Area which is selling mainly in Italy the wide range of ABB Low and Medium Voltage Motors and Electronic Drives. Using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the sales organization by reacting to customer inquiries and checking the Sales Orders received by our customer versus the data recorded into ERP system (SAP).

**This position reports to**:
Finance Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Sales Orders booking and verification of Orders received by our customer versus the data recorded into ERP system (SAP).
- Deliver effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
- Monitor the status of orders.
- Ensure that inquiries are resolved and provide assistance in any necessary escalation.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
- Observe the overall process and trends across inquiries and identify improvement areas.
- Support Sales and Controlling teams in ad hoc analysis and improvement processes.

**Your background**:

- Preferably a Diploma in administrative field or a degree in Economy or Management Engineering;
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in order handling, sales organization and contract administrator;
- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service;
- Knowledge of MS-Office tools and ERP SAP (if possible);
- A good knowledge of English and Italian;
- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues;
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
