In** Bulgari Italia **we are searching for the** High End Clienteling & Business Development Manager.**

Reporting to the Country Managing Director,** **he/she will be responsible of the growth of High Jewelry, High End Watches & High Medium-High turnover across the scope of Italy, through:

- Definition of the HJ/HEW strategy
- development of the business of the HJ/HEW sales team
- identify, develop and secure the talent pool
- increase and secure the number of clients contributing to the HJ/HEW turnover

**Main responsibilities**:

- **Define and implement the HJ/HEW strategy**
- Overview of competitors
- Analysis of the business and collections
- Identification of key points to build the future
- Work closely with central HE team and merchandising team on collection product selection
- **Drive and generate turnover / business development**
- Responsible for the overall HJ/HEW sales & sales development
- Detect and bring new clients to the brand and grow the clients portfolio of all the stores
- Follow the client data base in collaboration with the CRM and Marketing team (active/sleeping/ prospects) to define the right strategy
- Devise a plan of actions for client development focusing on acquisition, upgrading, loyalty building & satisfaction
- **Coach HJ/HEW sales teams in collaboration with Store Managers**
- Develop and drive the number of client advisors in HH & HJ club
- Identify and develop through coaching HE potential with Store managers, creating and implementing a plan for development
- Follow and coach HJ/HEW sales team in order to improve HE client recruitment and performance in collaboration with marketing team and sales trainer.
- Supporting client advisors in maintaining and building relationships with UHNW clients
- **Events**
- Defining both client and staff participation to local, regional & international events
- Accompany and train the HJ/HEW teams during event preparation
- Work closely with Marketing team for organization, budget and expenses and client list
- **KPI’s**

Quantifiable HJ/HEW follow up and reporting to Managing Director

**Qualifications / Professional Capabilities**
- Business management University degree
- 5 years of experience in a similar position within international environment of customer oriented companies - experience abroad will be considered as a plus
- Distinctive relational skills
- Strong digital competences and analytics skills
- Ability to communicate results / customers’ insight at all business levels facilitating action plans definition
- Fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus)
