is looking for a
Business Development Manager
for one of our clients — a company operating in the field of
sports tourism and international events
.

Responsibilities:

  • Market research in the field of sports tourism across Europe: identifying key events, cities, and opportunities;
  • Developing new travel product concepts (sport packages, hospitality programs, VIP services);
  • Conducting field trips: personally visiting and evaluating hotels, venues, and suppliers;
  • Negotiating with hotels, transportation companies, and local partners, establishing long-term relationships;
  • Working with hospitality suppliers and premium ticket providers;
  • Preparing data and content for the company's website (events information, packages, SEO content);
  • Transferring developed concepts to the operations team for execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    MICE
    ,
    sports tourism
    , or
    event management
    (preferably international projects);
  • Strong negotiation skills with hotels, contractors, and hospitality providers;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively ("hands-on" and field-oriented approach);
  • Excellent organizational skills and structured thinking;
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 30–40% of working time across Europe);
  • Valid residence permit, visa, or passport allowing stay in the Schengen Area for more than 90 days per half-year
    — mandatory;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
    obtained at least one year ago;
  • Fluent English and Russian (Russian is a must)
    ; other languages will be an advantage.
