The RoleThe mission of this position is to guide and expand business development and sales within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and other key sectors, enhancing Hyntelo's commercial presence in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Telco, Manufacturing, Automotive & Mobility, Health & Travel, Utilities & Media, Retail & E-Commerce). This position requires direct responsibility for the entire sales cycle: pipeline generation, C-level engagement, complex solution proposals (AI, Data; SaaS) and deal closure.Specifically, the focus areas will be:Identifying and acquiring new strategic clientsManaging complex business relationships with senior decision-makersStrengthening the positioning of Lyriko and/or other solutions provided by Hyntelo across strategic industriesRequirementsAttitudine:· Spirito imprenditoriale, orientamento ai risultati· Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari· Visione strategica e pragmatismo operativo· "Pancia a terra": spirito costruttivo, poche chiacchiere, voglia di realizzare e realizzarsi.Job Type and SalaryEmployment contract: full-time, permanentResponsibilitiesMap the target market (FSI & other sectors), identifying strategic positions and competitorsGenerate qualified pipelines through networking activities, events, meetings, and CRMConduct sales presentations, demos, POCs, and lead negotiations until closureCollaborate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to develope tailored solutionsSupport in the definition of commercial offers (pricing, terms, SLAs)Actively participate in trade shows and industry conferencesProvide regular reporting regarding KPIs (pipeline, forecasts, deals, etc.)Mentor junior team members and participate in internal training initiativesCollaborate with technical and product teams in order to create customized offeringsLead negotiations to closure, coordinating all relevant stakeholdersMaintain accurate sales forecasts via CRM and pipeline management methodologiesAttend events, conferences, and workshops to increase Hyntelo's visibility in the marketQualification Mindset:Entrepreneurial spirit with strong result orientationAbility to work in multidisciplinary teamsStrategic vision and operational pragmatismAction-driven attitude, execution-focused, and impact-driven mindsetExperience:5-8+ years in complex B2B sales, preferably in FinTech, Telecom, Insurance, Banking, AI, or enterprise solutionsDocumented success in strategic negotiations and closing high-value contractsSkills:Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with C-suite executivesBackground in Financial Services or Technology sectors is preferredDirect experience engaging with C-level roles such as CIO, CMO, Chief Data OfficerStrong knowledge of the Financial Services market (regulations, competitive dynamics)Familiarity with SaaS/AI/data analytics is a plusFluent English, spoken and written (C1 level) – multilingualism is a plus (French, Spanish, German)Basic knowledge of digital challenges in the FS sector (regulations, customer intelligence, process automation)Knowledge of consultative selling techniques (solution selling, value-based selling)Excellent use of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)Soft skills:Leadership and autonomy: capable of independently guiding negotiationsGreat communication and business-related storytelling skillsStrategic problem-solving and result-oriented approachTeam player with collaborative, cross-functional mindsetQuantitative objectives (Annual KPIs):New Business Generated: > €1 million in new bookings within the first yearOpportunities created: at least 15 new qualified opportunities per quarterNew clients acquired: minimum of 5 new client logos in the first yearClosing rate: > 20% on qualified opportunitiesAverage time to close: < 120 daysClient retention: active collaboration with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and renewalsBenefitsBenefit:Supplemental health insuranceMeal vouchersCompany mobile phoneCompany laptopEmployee discount programsSmart working Professional development support
