Descrizione

Responsabilità:

  • Gestire, consolidare e ampliare il portafoglio clienti esistente.
  • Acquisire nuove partnership B2B (wholesalers, OTAs, tour operator).
  • Monitorare KPI e performance, attivando azioni mirate per incrementare le vendite.
  • Implementare strategie di cross-selling, upselling e riattivazione clienti.
  • Realizzare presentazioni commerciali e sessioni di formazione sui prodotti.
  • Analizzare mercati e competitor per identificare nuove opportunità di crescita.
  • Mantenere comunicazioni regolari con i clienti, assicurando soddisfazione e risultati.
  • Collaborare con i team interni per risolvere criticità e ottimizzare i processi.

Profilo del Candidato

Requisiti:

  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza commerciale B2B nel turismo (wholesaler, agenzie, DMC, OTAs o tour
  • operator).
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; ulteriori lingue saranno considerate un plus.
  • Profilo dinamico, competitivo e orientato agli obiettivi.
  • Abilità di negoziazione e capacità di chiudere accordi commerciali.
  • Capacità analitiche e attitudine a prendere decisioni basate sui dati.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
