Descrizione
Responsabilità:
- Gestire, consolidare e ampliare il portafoglio clienti esistente.
- Acquisire nuove partnership B2B (wholesalers, OTAs, tour operator).
- Monitorare KPI e performance, attivando azioni mirate per incrementare le vendite.
- Implementare strategie di cross-selling, upselling e riattivazione clienti.
- Realizzare presentazioni commerciali e sessioni di formazione sui prodotti.
- Analizzare mercati e competitor per identificare nuove opportunità di crescita.
- Mantenere comunicazioni regolari con i clienti, assicurando soddisfazione e risultati.
- Collaborare con i team interni per risolvere criticità e ottimizzare i processi.
Profilo del Candidato
Requisiti:
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza commerciale B2B nel turismo (wholesaler, agenzie, DMC, OTAs o tour
- operator).
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; ulteriori lingue saranno considerate un plus.
- Profilo dinamico, competitivo e orientato agli obiettivi.
- Abilità di negoziazione e capacità di chiudere accordi commerciali.
- Capacità analitiche e attitudine a prendere decisioni basate sui dati.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
