About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Lead to accelerate the commercial performance of our business units post-acquisition and drive their international scale-up.
You'll combine strategy, execution, and leadership, designing scalable GTM playbooks, managing high-performing AE teams, and expanding our enterprise footprint across multiple regions. This is a highly cross-functional role working directly with founders, BU leaders, and the central growth, marketing, and AI teams to turn great products into global category leaders.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute GTM strategies
across our business units, aligning positioning, pricing, and motion with Shop Circle's global playbook. - Lead and coach AE teams
selling complex, enterprise-grade software solutions (typically €50K+ ACV). - Build repeatable GTM playbooks
— from lead generation to close — that can be rolled out across multiple products and markets. - Map and manage international expansion
, adapting sales and marketing strategies to new geographies. - Supercharge post-acquisition growth
, assessing commercial structures and deploying scalable frameworks for revenue acceleration. - Collaborate across teams
(Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to create unified and high-velocity growth engines. - Measure and optimize performance
, tracking KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization across BUs.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of B2B software sales experience with international exposure
- Proven track record leading AE teams and driving enterprise-level deals (€50K+ ACV)
- Demonstrated success selling complex or multi-stakeholder solutions
- Deep experience in GTM strategy and playbook creation across markets
- Familiarity with international expansion and adapting go-to-market models to local dynamics
- Strategic mindset with a strong analytical and operational backbone
- Experience working in post-acquisition or multi-BU environments is a strong plus
