Our Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit offers advanced solutions to treat ENT disorders, including Image Guided Navigation systems, powered instruments for Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgeries (FESS), and bioresorbable steroid-eluting sinus implants. In Otology, our technologies include a high-speed drill for ear surgeries, while our Head & Neck Nerve Monitoring System protects nerve integrity during procedures such as thyroidectomies. We also provide PTeye, an innovative system for parathyroid gland detection.

To further develop our operations in Italy, we are looking for a part-time, remote Service Specialist (no travel required). In this role, you will support our Service & Repair (S&R) operations and works closely with marketing, sales, and tender office teams. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Maintain and regularly update tools and resources for Service & Repair (S&R, SalesForce, Service Tool)
  • Prepare offers and manage documentation/contracts using Salesforce Lightning and Classic
  • Track maintenance schedules and repairs, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Seek marketing insights to identify and pursue opportunities for S&R business growth, focusing on increasing attach rates of Service Contracts and promoting service offerings through financial proposals
  • Use strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills for data analysis, reporting, and day-to-day operations and to create new tools/solutions for sustaining Service Product line
  • Collaborate closely with the tender office, field sales force, and Western Europe Inside Sales team—English fluency required
  • Support business operations, including preparation of letters of discontinuation / BO
  • Keep marketing tools updated and assist with event and congress organization.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Experience working with Salesforce (Lightning and Classic), proven experience in Service & Repair operations or product/service support, and prior involvement in cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and the Tender Office.
