La figura selezionata deve:
- Aver maturato un'esperienza solida in agenzie di eventi, comunicazione o live marketing.
- Essere una persona concreta, curiosa e indipendente, capace di trasformare un'idea in un progetto reale.
- Saper costruire un evento da zero: dal concept creativo, al budget, fino alla produzione finale.
- Avere un approccio problem solving
- Gestire con sicurezza clienti, fornitori e team di produzione, mantenendo sempre visione e controllo.
Mansione:
- Ideare, progettare e gestire eventi e format personalizzati per clienti corporate e brand internazionali.
- Occuparsi di tutte le fasi del progetto: dalla proposta creativa alla delivery.
- Coordinare risorse interne ed esterne con leadership e precisione.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con la direzione creativa, ma con ampia autonomia operativa.
