If digital transformation, next-generation technology, and growth opportunities excite you, then join our Netcracker Technology teamOur culture and collaborative work environment are the keys to our success.Here you will work with the best in class global teams, earn a competitive salary and contribute to the largest digital transformations around the world.What's in it for you?At Netcracker, we are all entrepreneurs.This means we get creative when thinking of technical solutions, we explore possibilities and innovations and get excited about new technology.We take complete ownership of our roles and aren't micromanaged or left feeling like just another number.The results we achieve are highly visible to our leadership team and we are recognized for our work and promoted accordingly.Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage end-to-end bid and proposal activities within the telecommunications sector .The role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, developing winning commercial and technical proposals, and ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, telecoms domain knowledge, and excellent project management skills to deliver high-quality bids on time and within budget.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Own and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to contract award Lead bid strategy development, including win themes, pricing strategy, and risk assessment Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain) Develop and manage RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for telecoms solutions (e.g. network rollout, managed services, OSS/BSS, 5G, fiber, IoT) Ensure proposals meet technical, commercial, and contractual requirements Create and maintain bid plans, schedules, and deliverables Review and approve bid content for quality, consistency, and compliance Manage bid budgets, approvals, and governance processes Lead customer clarification meetings and internal bid reviews Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes Experience and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field 5+ years' experience in bid management, proposal management, or commercial roles within telecom Strong understanding of telecommunications solutions and services Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder bids Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong commercial and financial understanding (pricing, margin, risk) Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management abilities Who is Netcracker Technology?We are a forward-looking software company, offering mission-critical solutions to service providers around the globe.Our comprehensive portfolio of software solutions and professional services enables large-scale digital transformations, unlocking the opportunities of the cloud, analytics, virtualization, and 5G mobile networks.With an unbroken service delivery track record of more than 25 years, our unique combination of technology, people and expertise helps companies transform their networks and enable better experiences for their customers.Connect with us on LinkedIn and stay up to date on our company news.#LI-RC2
