Generix Group è attualmente alla ricerca di un Sales Executive appassionato e collaborativo che si unisca al nostro team e sia responsabile della vendita del nostro portafoglio di soluzioni SaaS per la gestione della supply chain. Sarà responsabile dell'identificazione delle opportunità di business, del completamento del processo di vendita, della collaborazione con gli altri team di Generix Group (Operations e Marketing) e del rafforzamento delle relazioni con i clienti esistenti per il crosselling.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Raggiungere e/o superare gli obiettivi di vendita trimestrali e annuali
  • Sviluppare e implementare strategie di vendita e di marketing a lungo, medio e breve termine per mercati mirati
  • Collaborare con il Direttore Commerciale e il Responsabile Marketing per creare nuove idee di campagne, messaggistica e contenuti per generare nuove opportunità
  • Gestire la pipeline commerciale dal contatto iniziale alla firma del contratto e continuare a rafforzare le relazioni con i clienti dopo la vendita iniziale
  • Identificare nuove opportunità di business attraverso la prospezione e la qualifica dei lead, contattando i potenziali clienti per telefono, e-mail, di persona e tramite il networking
  • Determinare la strategia di vendita per ogni cliente identificando e articolando il valore aggiunto per il cliente
  • Identificare i contatti chiave (IT e business) e creare una solida relazione con i decision maker
  • Analizzare e comprendere le sfide aziendali dei clienti e dei potenziali clienti
  • Presentare le soluzioni Generix utilizzando approcci e tecniche appropriate incentrate sul cliente
  • Effettuare delle demo sulle soluzioni, con l'assistenza di un Presales
  • Elaborare le risposte alle RFP sfruttando le risorse del gruppo Generix (Presales, Expert, PMO e Marketing)
  • Preparare i contratti e coordinare tutte le fasi di revisione e approvazione dei contratti
  • Collaborare con il management per negoziare i contratti
  • Rafforzare la fidelizzazione dei clienti in ambienti complessi
  • Gestire le opportunità attraverso ogni fase della vendita utilizzando efficacemente lo strumento di vendita (SalesForce)
  • Fornire la previsione delle vendite al management, concentrandosi sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi individuali, di squadra e aziendali
  • Interfacciarsi regolarmente con il team di prevendita e i team di prodotto per tenersi aggiornati sui nuovi prodotti e sugli sviluppi dei prodotti
  • Partecipare a fiere e conferenze (fisiche e virtuali).

Qualifiche

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in settori correlati o esperienza equivalente
  • Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office, dei software di comunicazione e del CRM
  • 4-5 anni di esperienza nelle vendite di software
  • Esperienza precedente con prodotti e soluzioni IaaS/PaaS/SaaS e Supply Chain Management (WMS, TMS, YMS) altamente apprezzata
  • Team player orientato al cliente e ai risultati, con il massimo livello di integrità e professionalità.
  • Forte impegno nel tracciare accuratamente tutte le attività svolte con i clienti
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (gradita conoscenza della lingua francese)
