He / She will drive the commercialization and strategic commercial actions for CS supporting the market leaders to create and maintain the right toolkit for selling CS products and services.
In the role He/She will support the sales team by optimizing processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. This role involves analyzing sales data, managing sales tools and systems, and collaborating with various departments to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Main responsabilities
Coordinate effort between Kion, Line and Still for a coordinate CS Strategy Coordinate effort between IB and commercial strategy Create and maintain all the commercial toolkit Define & Maintain critical front line metrics to sell new services Link with Global functions Coordinate the process to expand IB penetration Work in coordination with Ops and process BS Team Win / Loss follow up actions Commercial and CS presentation coordination Define new services value proposition and the story to sell them Office-based and/or remote work. May require travel to Customer sites for installations or support in EMEA

At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in senior management role Experience to manage a cross functional Team Degree/MBA qualified or similar level of qualification Demonstrable track record in managing sizeable workforce cross countries Technical Competencies (Or Local Equivalents) Health and Safety awareness Dematic Products and solutions Maintenance procedures and spare parts needs Permanent Operations mobilization and support procedures Project Management approach Tools and process to manage Installed Base Costing and pricing methodologiesPersonal competencies
