Questo ruolo di straordinario rilievo all’interno del mercato della salute europeo è stato ulteriormente rafforzato anche in Italia con la creazione di PHOENIX Pharma Italia.
La nuova holding svolge la funzione di capogruppo di due grandi realtà come il Gruppo Comifar, leader della distribuzione intermedia e ADMENTA Italia, leader di mercato nel settore delle farmacie. In questo modo, PHOENIX Pharma Italia detiene una leadership incontrastata sia nella distribuzione intermedia, con 25 magazzini, sia nel settore retail, con oltre 1.000 farmacie di proprietà e in franchising sul territorio e un milione di cittadini serviti ogni mese. Una posizione di privilegio per sostenere e aumentare la qualità delle soluzioni e l’eccellenza dei servizi nel mercato italiano.
Scopo:
Sviluppare i modelli delle strategie e dei piani di vendita, assicurare l'esecuzione di progetti sales complessi e interfunzionali, curare la gestione di performance della forza Vendita
Principali responsabilità:
• Effettua l'analisi qualitativa e quantitativa della domanda diretta (segmentazione delle farmacie, domanda di servizi, politiche di acquisto, customer satisfaction);
• Analizza l'efficacia, l'efficienza e il ROI di tutti i piani di vendita;
• Gestisce lo sviluppo e l'aggiornamento di dashboard di vendita, KPI di vendita, report;
• Garantisce il monitoraggio e la valutazione degli obiettivi di vendita;
• Partecipa alla costruzione e allo sviluppo di progetti Sales (es. Sales Force Automation-CRM, Sales Planning, Order Entry, Sales Execution);
• Collabora alla creazione e allo sviluppo continuo di strategie e piani di vendita, gestendo le informazioni sui clienti, i dati finanziari dei clienti e altri rilevamenti del mercato dei clienti/concorrenti;
• Definisce e implementa analisi di reporting in POWER BI
• Organizza e gestisce meeting periodici con le Aree Sales finalizzate al monitoraggio dei progressi delle attività commerciali rispetto al piano;
• Collabora con il team di trade marketing per sviluppare strategie di vendita;
• Collabora con il team di Commercial e Marketing per sviluppare piani Canvass;
•Collabora con la struttura Valore Salute per la condivisione dei progetti e delle attività del network, per la stesura di piani di vendita;
• Predispone la raccolta e l'elaborazione delle informazioni necessarie alla stesura di piani di sviluppo commerciale dell'azienda;
· Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, CRM e Power BI
· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Contratto tempo Indeterminato con retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza, 12 Giorni di Smart Working, mensa aziendale, sconti e convenzioni aziendali.
