IL TUO RUOLO

Per nostra azienda partner  siamo alla ricerca di

 

un* Contract Support - divisione operation o service

 

che si occupi di:

o   produzione e gestione della documentazione tecnica e amministrativa relativa i contratti di facility management;

o   rendicontazione ed analisi dell'andamento economico dei contratti;

o   supporto al Project manager nella Pianificazione delle attività e nel monitoraggio dei lavori;

o   supporto al Project Manager nell'attività di organizzazione del personale / attività.

 

Cosa richiediamo?

- Laurea o diploma tecnico (ingegneria – gestionale, elettrica o meccanica – o diploma di geometra o perito);

- Disponibilità a valutare soggetti senza esperienza, tuttavia costituirà titolo preferenziale l'eventuale pregressa esperienza presso primarie società del settore operanti nell'ambito della realizzazione di progetti di facility management su siti industriali e/o commerciali;

-  conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Microsoft Project,

-  costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del software gestionale Teamsystem Alyante Enterprise, Primus (ACCA Software), Autocad, sistemi di FM;

-  costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza della lingua inglese;

- flessibilità, precisione, rispetto delle scadenze, doti relazionali e attitudine al problem solving

 

Cosa offriamo?

 Assunzione a tempo indeterminato – CCNL Metalmeccanico PMI Confapi - livello e RAL commisurati e valutati in fase di confronto diretto con il Cliente.

Sede: Roma zona Eur; si richiede la disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
