Cosa stiamo cercando


La Business Unit Special Situations di Cherry Bank ricerca di una risorsa che assumerà il ruolo di “analista” da inserire nel team di investimento; l’analista supporterà il team di investimento nell’analisi, valutazione, predisposizione di presentazione, credit memoranda delle operazioni di investimento c.d. “special situations”; l’analista supporterà, altresì, il team di investimento nelle fasi di esecuzione e monitoraggio degli investimento.


Di cosa ti occuperai


• Analisi della documentazione contabile, business plan, information memoranda, documenti di due diligence e market research delle aziende (o gruppi di aziende) target;

• Predisposizione del modello finanziario dell’azienda target: costruzione e aggiornamento di modelli finanziari ed elaborazione di sensitivity analysis;

• Predisposizione di presentazioni dell’azienda target e dell’investimento;

• Preparazione dell’investment memorandum dell’azienda target (documento che descrive l’azienda target, l’operazione di finanziamento, il mercato, risultati storici e business plan ed i ritorni attesi);

• Supporto all’esecuzione dell’operazione;

• Monitoraggio del portafoglio.


Requisiti


• Laureando o laurea specialistica in discipline economico e finanziarie;

• Consolidate conoscenze finanziarie e contabili;

• Capacità di analisi di bilancio, analisi di mercato e capacità di predisporre modelli finanziari;

• Capacità di esprimere le proprie considerazioni in modo logico e sintetico;

• Interesse per la crisi di impresa;

• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point;

• Elevata attitudine a lavorare in team, capacità organizzative, relazionali, di comunicazione e problem solving;

• Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese.

•costituisce titolo preferenziale:

oprecedente esperienza di stage nel settore finanziario in progetti di M&A, restructuring, business planning presso società/divisioni di consulenza in ambito Corporate Finance, dipartimenti di Investment Banking, fondi di Private Equity;

oDesignazione CFA.
