Stiamo cercando un Guest Relation Manager per la nostra struttura. La risorsa dovrà considerarsi come "trasversale" a tutti i reparti, dovrà toccare con mano tutte le situazioni possibili che un ospite si trova a vivere in Hotel. Conosce tutti gli standard, le procedure e la vision dell'Hotel. Deve essere fluente in Italiano e in Inglese, ed avere un livello upper intermediate in altre lingue. Si richiede un'esperienza minima nella stessa posizione di almeno 2 anni. Compiti e principali responsabilità Gli addetti alle relazioni con gli ospiti sono responsabili del mantenimento di linee di comunicazione aperte tra il personale e gli ospiti. Sono ottimi venditori: sono in grado di vendere categorie superiori di camera, vendere servizi degli altri outlet dell'hotel (bar, ristorante per esempio) e di vendere servizi aggiuntivi e/o complementari. Poichè i Guest relations officers trascorrono molto tempo interagendo con gli ospiti, è importante che abbiano forti capacità comunicative, interpersonali e di ascolto. Devono anche essere proattivi risolutori di problemi e avere la capacità di gestire con successo problemi ed imprevisti. We're looking for a Guest Relation Manager This person should see him/herself as transversal to all departments, he/she should experience all possible situations that Guests could live in the hotel. He/she knows all the standards, the procedures and the vision of the hotel. He/she has to be fluent in both Italian and English, and be upper-intermediate in other languages. A 2-year work experience in the same position is required. Main tasks & responsibilities Guest relations officers are responsible for maintaining open lines of communication between staff and guests. They're good salers: they are able to upsell, cross-sell and sell alternative experiences/additional services. They're always focused on both achieving Guests' satisfaction (meeting them, talking to them and understanding their needs/preferences) and to increase revenue. Since Guest Relation Officers spend a great deal of time interacting with guests, it is important that they have strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
