La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della Direzione Vendite e con la sua professionalità contribuirà a interpretare la mission aziendale: migliorare la qualità della medicina di laboratorio in tutto il mondo.

Principali responsabilità

  • supportare il Commerciale nella fase di pre-vendita e direttamente nella fase di post-vendita dei prodotti, per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato della propria area
  • curare la formazione dei prodotti e la promozione degli stessi verso i clienti, con l’obiettivo di accrescerne la visibilità e il posizionamento sul mercato
  • monitorare il mercato di riferimento raccogliendo le esigenze dei Clienti
  • curare lo start up di nuove installazioni ed il training dei Clienti
  • effettuare dimostrazioni presso i Clienti
  • partecipare attivamente a giornate/eventi scientifici per rafforzare l’immagine e promuovere i prodotti
  • curare la realizzazione di trial scientifici su nuovi prodotti o sistemi
  • curare il monitoraggio delle prestazioni di strumenti e reagenti, e la risoluzione di eventuali problemi applicativi
  • predisporre le necessarie relazioni tecniche per partecipare a gare o offerte
  • collaborare con la Direzione Marketing nella raccolta di nuove applicazioni da sviluppare e la loro conseguente promozione
  • collaborare attivamente nel monitoraggio delle trattative in corso per supportare il Commerciale nella chiusura delle stesse.

Esperienze e conoscenze minime richieste

  • Laurea in scienze biologiche o diploma universitario di tecnico di laboratorio o equivalenti
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • un’esperienza lavorativa presso un laboratorio di analisi cliniche o aver ricoperto ruoli similari
  • disponibilità a frequenti viaggi e spostamenti su tutto il territorio nazionale
  • pensiero analitico e Problem Solving
  • elevata capacità di ascolto e di fare domande
  • gestione dello stress
  • orientamento al lavoro di squadra e cooperazione
