Job Description

The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the West Coast territory
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to pursue them
  • Providing regular reports to the Director of Sales on progress and activities
  • Monitoring competitors and market trends to stay ahead of the competition

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent relationship skills and ability to interact with clients at all levels
