Il nostro cliente è un’importante società di logistica che è alla ricerca di un Field Sales Ground per la sede di San Giuliano Milanese (MI)
Principali responsabilità:

Eseguire e promuovere strategie di vendita per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di fatturato.

Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business nei settori del trasporto su strada e ferroviario (nazionale e internazionale).

Costruire e mantenere solide relazioni con clienti esistenti e potenziali per generare business ripetitivo e nuove opportunità.

Analizzare le tendenze di mercato e la concorrenza, adattando il tuo approccio di vendita secondo necessità.

Collaborare con team interni per garantire un servizio eccezionale e la soddisfazione del cliente.

Applicare abilità persuasive di negoziazione e un approccio orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi per superare le sfide di vendita.

Abbracciare un atteggiamento competitivo e orientato ai risultati, lavorando efficacemente all'interno di un team.

Principali caratteristiche richieste:

Laurea in Economia, Marketing o in un campo correlato (preferibile).

Almeno cinque anni di esperienza nelle vendite, idealmente all'interno dell'Unità Business del trasporto su strada, con un comprovato successo nel superare gli obiettivi di vendita.

Esperienza dimostrata nello sviluppo e nell'implementazione di strategie di vendita di successo.

Forti competenze comunicative, di negoziazione e relazionali.

Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare efficacemente sotto pressione.

Conoscenza approfondita dell'industria del trasporto su strada e delle dinamiche di mercato.
