We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and communicative sales professional with strong business acumen and passion for innovation to join our growing sales team in Bucharest, Romania on the position of Senior Sales Representative.

Key Objectives:

  • Market and promote company products and services to existing and potential clients;
  • Inbound and outbound contact with clients and prospects;
  • Cold calling to qualify leads and conversion of hot leads/inbound sales;
  • Maintain the existing client data base and develop growth opportunities;
  • Ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction;
  • Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability;
  • Organize meetings with prospects to conduct sales;
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities;
  • Work to reach and exceed sales targets;
  • Use the company’s CRM to manage activities and communications with clients and prospects;
  • Act as an ambassador of myPOS at fairs, exhibitions, and local business networks;
  • Provide after-sales support;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Key requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of a previous professional experience in the Fintech/ Banking/ Payment industry;
  • A minimum of 3 years of a previous professional experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment and/ or industry;
  • Previous professional experience in telecoms/ retail/ outlet or similar will be considered a strong advantage;
  • Experience with administration and working with systems such as ticketing and CRM, invoicing, and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word;
  • Have a very good understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
  • Able to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Commitment to excellent customer service;
  • Flexible person who thinks outside the box and possesses a can-do attitude;
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers;
  • Great communication skills and eager to assist customers with problem-solving;
  • A team player, able to coordinate efforts and be very well synchronized with team mates;
  • Passion for technology and the latest developments;
  • Very good command of English, both verbal and written.
