Per ampliare la nostra presenza commerciale sul mercato italiano, stiamo cercando un
preferibilmente residente in Lazio, Toscana o Umbria, che sarà responsabile della gestione e della crescita commerciale del mercato Centro-Sud Italia per i prodotti Fischer Connectors quali connettori ad alte prestazioni, soluzioni cablate complesse anche con elettronica integrata e soluzioni elettroniche customizzate.
Responsabilità ed attività chiave
- Mantenere ed espandere la base dei clienti attuali identificando nuove opportunità.
- Assicurare un contatto costante di qualità con i clienti (telefonate e visite) per almeno il 60% del tempo.
- Comprendere le esigenze dei clienti e tradurle in proposte commerciali.
- Organizzare visite presso i clienti per lo sviluppo di soluzioni customizzate in collaborazione con i nostri ingegneri.
- Stabilire e coltivare relazioni con i clienti, dalla fase iniziale del progetto fino alla consegna e al supporto post-vendita.
- Partecipazione a fiere ed eventi di settore per la promozione del brand.
- Definire la strategia ed i piani di azione per la crescita del mercato locale in collaborazione con il Country Manager.
- Redigere report mensili e gestire il budgeting in relazione agli obiettivi definiti dal Country Manager.
- Attuare e gestire le politiche commerciali aziendali nell’area di competenza.
- Consolidata esperienza (10+anni) nelle vendite di prodotti complessi e/o personalizzati con cicli di vendita medio-lunghi.
- Consolidata esperienza (10+ anni) nella gestione commerciale di clienti e mercati.
- Esperienza in business development (5+ anni) è considerato un plus.
- Abitudine all’utilizzo dei software CRM per il supporto e lo svolgimento delle attività.
- Esperienza nell’utilizzo di SAP è considerato un plus.
- La conoscenza di uno o più dei seguenti settori è considerato un plus: connettori e cablaggi elettrici, soluzioni elettroniche customizzate, soluzioni di connessione in fibra ottica.
- Madrelingua italiana, inglese fluente scritto e parlato. La conoscenza del francese è considerato un plus.
- Patente di guida (B) richiesta.
- Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative ed organizzative; personalità giovanile e brillante.
- Forte proattività, attitudine al problem solving e professionalità orientata sia alla dimensione strategica
che tattico-operativa.
- Capacità di lavorare in team (da remoto), aperto ai confronti interaziendali e alla comunicazione snella.
- Autonomo, rigoroso e strutturato.
- Disponibile a viaggiare frequentemente nelle aree assegnate del territorio italiano.
