About the Role


We are seeking an Italian Investment Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for calling high-net-worth leads, qualifying and scheduling face-to-face appointments, and meeting with prospective clients to gather new clients and assets for our firm.


Your Responsibilities


As an Italian Investment Area Sales Manager, you will:



  • Qualify and schedule face-to-face appointments with high-net-worth leads.
  • Meet with prospective clients to gather new clients and assets for our firm.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase portfolio size and assets under management.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio management and client service groups, to ensure seamless client onboarding and relationship management.

Your Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of five years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of success in closing new investor business and growing existing client relationships.
  • Italian fluency is essential for this role.
  • A strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets and growing the portfolio.
