We are looking for a Sales Manager , who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, selecting supplier brands and their sales targets, developing network of partners and sales channels.

Responsibilities:

Define, develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Actively contribute to the realization of the commercial calendar and define following actions through the platform;

Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.

Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize performances;

Build and maintain key relationships with our suppliers to drive sales growth and increase revenues;

Manage, motivate and inspire the team to reach the sales, growth and company goals;

Work closely with marketing, business intelligence, and logistics teams to synchronize efforts and maximize sales potential.

Qualifications

Experience of at least 3 years as a Sales manager in furniture manufacturing companies ;

Familiarity with key sales metrics;

Analytical approach and ability to use large data sets;

Proven ability in leading, developing, motivating and inspiring teams and networks of people;

Knowledge of the interior design industry;

Proven experience with e-commerce, logistic, design service will be considered a plus.

Excellent knowledge of the English language.
