Attività: Fornire supporto tecnico al cliente e input sull'applicazione della tecnologia avvalendoti del CMDB fornito dalla piattaforma di Service Management; Valutare periodicamente e verificare il servizio erogato per assicurare gli SLA, predisponendo le metriche da analizzare e commentare col cliente in riunioni periodiche avvalendosi dei report generati dalla piattaforma di Service Management; Seguire l'evoluzione commerciale del rapporto col cliente, occupandoti assieme al Sales del rinnovo dei canoni esistenti e ricercando proattivamente lo sviluppo di opportunità di upselling; Utilizzare correttamente e profondamente gli strumenti informatici aziendali (in particolare Cherwell, CRM, Sharepoint). Requisiti: Laurea in discipline informatiche/economiche. Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo; Capacità di raccolta dei requisiti IT; Conoscenza di metodologie di project management e/o di service management (sarà considerato un plus essere in possesso di una certificazione PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Agile); Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office.
