We are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can contribute to our continued growth and success. You will be responsible for Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania & Finland.Your place of work will be our office in Riga, and you will report to our Business Unit Director for the Baltics, Sweden & Finland.
You will become part of the Baltic management team, which together sets the direction for the company. In addition, you will have a professional reference to our Marketing Director for UK/Nordic.The marketing team consists of 2 dedicated employees.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall set the direction for our brands and define priorities, including the development of strategic marketing plans, in close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Business Unit Director, Sales Director, and Marketing Director for the region
Responsible for our annual planning process, Annual activation plan, and providing input to the NPD process in collaboration with your brand teams & commercial peers
Together with brand teams, drive and participate in key development projects, e.g. concept development, development of new communication solutions, etc
Identifying marketing opportunities and trends through market analysis and a data-driven approach to marketing
Development and management of our marketing team to achieve objectives, ensure brand consistency and more-over people
Building and maintaining strong working relationships across the entire organization to ensure alignment and support sales goals
Ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and follow-up on their effect
Follow marketing budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation
QUALIFICATIONS
You have +5 years of experience managerial experience in FMCG marketing in an international or local company
Strong strategic and analytical skills with proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Excellent leadership skills with experience in motivating and developing your teams
The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and dynamic work environment where change is part of everyday life
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across the organization
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
Master both Latvian and English effortlessly in writing and speaking
Has solid experience with the office suite and curious about new technology that can develop the marketing function
