**Posizione**:
Riportando al Sales Manager Italia, la Risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Consulenza ai Clienti / Prospect sulle funzionalità dei prodotti, dei loro moduli, illustrando l'impatto positivo che questi portano all'organizzazione del loro business.
- Stabilire relazioni efficaci con i Clienti per comprendere rapidamente le loro esigenze e orientarli verso soluzioni appropriate.
- Agire con approccio total customer oriented, portare valore aggiunto attraverso la proposizione attiva di servizi e strumenti che rappresentino opportunità di crescita e ottimizzazione del business del Cliente.
- Fornire assistenza rapida e custom sull'utilizzo dei prodotti aziendali.
- Collaborare con il dip. Marketing e Sviluppo per individuare delle strategie efficaci e presentare proposte di valore.
- Utilizzare approcci di vendita innovativi, come il Challenger Sales, per sfidare le prospettive dei clienti e accelerare le decisioni di acquisto.
- Selling e upselling di moduli e servizi aggiuntivi alla clientela esistente, o leads da gestire in collaborazione con il reparto marketing.
- Raccogliere feedback dei clienti per individuare possibili miglioramenti o adattamenti del prodotto da condividere internamente.
- Monitorare le performance di vendita e redigere report dettagliati utilizzando sistemi efficacemente il CRM e le tecnologie a disposizione.
**Requisiti**:
Il profilo ideale, anche con poca esperienza in ruoli simili, dimostra forti capacità comunicative, di relazione e negoziazione, con un **marcato approccio customer oriented**. Ha idealmente già ricoperto ruoli in ambiti Sales & Marketing in contesti mediamente strutturati, con utilizzo di **CRM** e moderni strumenti informatici.
**Completano il profilo**: senso di urgenza, orientamento all'obiettivo, proattività, auto motivazione e focalizzazione, team working, ottime capacità relazionali e doti di empatia.
Per il contesto internazionale è **gradita la conoscenza dell'inglese**.
